This is the very last post from the Harry Potter Studio Tour, I promise! It was just so much fun to go around taking photographs of everything, and rather than putting them in one MASSIVE post (which I absolutely detest), I split them up into themes. These photographs are of some of my favourite details from the tour. You really have to look when visiting the tour, there is so much to see that you'd be likely to miss something really amazing if you breezed through it.
In Diagon Alley, basically everything moves and it is awesome. Also, I learnt how to put fake snow on my windows and that is pretty magical.
In other, non-Harry Potter related news: it's my cousin's wedding today and I am off to go celebrate it! Have a fantastic weekend, and again, I apologise for the multitude of Harry Potter related posts. But really, I like it too much. These early models of the sets on the Harry Potter films make me want to pick up a sketch book and draw. I found them to be really gorgeous, not only because of how intricate they are, but because the informality and lack of bright colour appeals to me somehow.
Sigh, one day I may stop posting photographs from the Harry Potter Studio Tour but today is not that day. It was just way too awesome. |
